Upmarket Suburb of the New Harare City
Sandton Park is a new upmarket low density residential area, situated on the west side of Harare in the New City. As the community of Sandton Park, we have come together to ensure the highest standards of development in our community, by coming together to form a Home Owners Association.
Our Association is governed by the Constitution adopted on April 16, 2023 which facilitates implementation of legal structures and levy collection capabilities for the purposes of funding development initiatives in Sandton Park.
Community Development Projects
Road Construction, Drainage & Maintenance
Road rehabilitation and construction of new roads is the primary agenda to ensure all 3 Phases are serviced and roads are maintained. Levy collection will be implemented and access control is under consideration for security.
Entrance Signage, Traffic Control and Tree Planning
Plans have been drawn up through the efforts of a sub-committee, for the installation of the entrance signage and traffic control boom gate and the planting of trees along Sandton Drive.
Street Naming, Signage and Public Bus Stations
To manage effective flow of traffic, public transport and mail delivery, the Executive team will lead efforts with Council for naming roads and erecting signage.
